We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@shoparome.com with images and details of the defect and we will be happy to further assist you.

SHIPPING POLICY

Each product in our skin moisturizing collection is handcrafted, packaged and shipped within the US via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. 

After processing, your shipping information (including tracking number and order information) will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please Note: Shipping can take between 2-4 business days after your order has been processed.
